Motorola WAVE Dispatch with SafeGuard Package

Cloud-based Windows desktop subscription for your dispatcher and used with pocket-size WAVE PTXTLK 110, TLK 150 vehicle mounted radio, wearable TLK 25, and smartphone app

The interface includes mapping, GPS location tracking history, call logging, group/individual calling, alerts, call recording, and supervisory override.

Map layers include Street, Satellite, Terrain, and Traffic views

Also supports the following SafeGuard features:

  • Emergency Calling & Alerting: Dedicated hard or soft buttons on the device prioritize emergency traffic over all other communications, instantly routing the distress call to dispatch.

  • Worker Safety (Lone Worker & Person Down): Lone Worker forces periodic check-ins from isolated personnel. Person Down utilizes internal device sensors to automatically flag a fall, impact, or lack of movement and alerts dispatch even if the worker is unconscious.

  • Ambient & Discreet Listening: Authorized supervisors can remotely open a device's microphone to listen to the surrounding environment if a worker is unresponsive (Ambient) or silently join an active call as a passive third party for training or safety oversight.

  • Dynamic Location-Based Talkgroups: Dispatchers can create temporary talkgroups restricted to a specific geofenced area. As users physically walk or drive into the geofenced boundary, they are automatically added to the channel, and they are dropped when they leave.

  • Remote User Check & Device Control: Allows supervisors to remotely view device vitals such as battery percentage, signal strength, and exact GPS location. If a device is lost or stolen, it can be remotely disabled over-the-air to prevent unauthorized system access.

  • LMR Interoperability: Grants seamless connectivity to tie your cellular/broadband users directly into legacy MOTOTRBO or non-Motorola land mobile radio networks.

  • Increased Fleet Size: Large enterprise users can increase the talkgroup size from 250 to 3,000.
