Order Status

Magnum Electronics keeps a large inventory of our best selling items. If an item is not in stock it will be ordered the same day and usually shipped within 3 business days unless it is back ordered with the manufacturer. Please call us if you need an item expedited or to verify that we have it in stock.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

Orders totalling $299 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping. Products available by download also qualify for FREE delivery. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

    • All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

    • A 20% restocking fee will be charged to your account unless merchandise is exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.

    • Shipping charges will not be refunded.

    • Any earpiece that fits inside the ear is not returnable if it has been removed from the sealed packaging.

    • Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.

Li-ion Battery Shipments

Lithium batteries are shipped using ground service due to their hazardous goods classification. USPS shipping is not available. If air shipping is requested a $50 hazmat fee will be added due to the carrier's requirement.

Pricing and Billing

We are only located in tax-free Delaware and do not add any taxes to our invoices. Delaware does not impose a state or local sales tax. Due to recent interstate tax law changes taxes to non-exempt customers will be added if your state requires us to do so.

Open accounts are available to government agencies with a pre-approved purchase order. Payment on open accounts is due within 30 days of shipment, net 30 days.

Prices, title, and risk of loss are F.O.B. our warehouse. Published prices do not include shipping and may be changed without notice. Credit card arrangements are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject or cancel orders.
