Magnum Electronics, Inc. is a family-owned communications systems integrator located in Dover, Delaware. Our focus is supporting mission-critical emergency workers in government and enterprise. We are certified to sell and service public-safety digital 2-way radio systems, video security systems, rugged computers, wireless routers, and GPS fleet management.

We are a diverse team of experienced professionals who work from our 7,600 sq ft facility. Our focus is on quality and exceeding customer expectations. Success is measured by referrals, customer feedback, and returns. We support 19,000 customers worldwide using our technical service team, installation upfitters, customer service representatives, field account managers, and website.

We search for employees who are self-motivated, creative, and like solving problems. Our field team members must have a clean driving record to be able to be covered by our fleet insurance policy. Our products are technical and a high degree of attention-to-detail is required. Our military and government customers perform background checks for certain projects.

Working at Magnum Electronics is fun because every day presents new communications challenges. Customers appreciate us and often recognize our efforts. Our office is open weekdays 8-5pm and closed on the weekends.

Pay is direct-deposited bi-weekly and we offer a simple IRA with up to a 3% match. There are 8 paid holidays and we provide health insurance for our employees. Vacation is offered starting your second year.

We're a Motorola Solutions Platinum Elite Channel Partner, Service Partner, Manufacturer Representative, Federal Reseller Specialist, and Warranty Repair Center. We're also a distributor for 3M Peltor  & Sensear hearing protection, David Clark intercom systems, and Whelen & Federal Signal emergency vehicle warning systems. We specialize in radio accessories for all major brands.

Magnum Electronics, Inc is an authorized Panasonic Toughbook & Getac computer reseller serving fire departments, ems, and law enforcement. As a Ericsson Cradlepoint reseller, we supply 5G LTE wireless routers for failover and mobile internet connectivity.

Magnum Electronics holds a state contract for vehicle upfit installations of emergency lighting, communications, and mobile data equipment. We supply and install lightbars and siren controllers. We perform our upfits in our heated & air conditioned service bays and also provide on-site installations when required.

Another fast growing business segment is our Magnum AVL fleet management product. We support fleets of all sizes nationwide with GPS tracking and in-vehicle camera systems. In addition to vehicles, we track construction equipment, trailers, and other mobile assets.

Our website and inside sales team support government and industrial customers nationwide for Motorola Solutions, Ericsson Cradlepoint, 3M Peltor, Sensear, David Clark, and many other quality manufacturers of communications equipment.
