New Design for Comfort & Safety
The CH-3 can be ordered with a headband, behind-the-head neckband for wearing headgear, or with hardhat clips. The new bright yellow molded ear shells are lighter and provide increased visibility for safety. New FLX2 series adapter cables are available for listen-only models ending in -112, models ending in -110 that support an external PTT adapter, and -111 models that have the PTT located on the left earcup.
CH-3 Listen-only Headsets (-112)
The HT52A-112 headband, HT52B-112 neckband, and HT52P3E-112 with helmet clips support 3.5mm, 2.5mm, and 1/4 inch connectors. The NRR ratings are 26dB for the headband and 24dB for the neckband and helmet mounted.
Choose the FLX2-202 for 3.5mm stereo, FLX2-205 mono, and FLX2-208 for a 3.5mm threaded connector. Most 2-way radio adapters like the BDN6783 APX adapter are threaded.
If you need a 2.5mm adapter cable the FLX2-203 mono is available. Also, the FLX2-204 can be ordered for 1/4 inch stereo or FLX2-207 for mono.
CH-3 Headset, External PTT (-110)
The MT74H52A-110, MT74H52B-110, and MT74H52P3E-110 are used with J11 Nexus connectors to interface to PELTOR Airline adaptors as well as external ptt adapters. This headset model requires the FLX2-201 J11 cable for airline adapters or the FLX2-200 if using a 2-way radio. The FLX2-200 is used with the FL5063, FL4063 non-NATO wired PTT adapters. There is also a 10 meter FLX2-210 straight and FLX2-211 curly open ended cable for custom applications.
CH-3 Headset, PTT on Earcup (-111)
The MT74H52A-111, MT74H52B-111, and MT74H52P3E-111 have a built-in push-to-talk button on the left earcup and are the best choice for 2-way radios. NRR ratings are 26dB for the headband and 24dB for the neckband and helmet-mounted. If wireless is needed, the WS ProTac XPI -111 headsets include Bluetooth or can be ordered without a FLEX2 connector.

CH-5 High Noise Headset (-77, -86)
The CH-5 headsets have the highest SNR with NRR ratings of 31dB for the MT73H450A-77 GB headband and 29dB for the MT73H450P3E-77 GB helmet mount model. These models require radio adapters with the Flex connector including the FL6U-63, FLU-21, and FL6U-36 adapters.
If NATO wiring is required, the MT73H450A-86 CH-5 is compatible with PELTOR NATO wired FL5XXX-02 PTT adapters. These adapters have the model suffix -02 including the FL5063-02 and FL4063-02 with the smaller PTT.
