The Spotwave Z1900 is a high-performance cell phone repeater system which boosts wireless signals and ensures reliable coverage for cell phones, PDA's, and 3G laptop air cards.  It improves your cell phone battery life because it does not have to work as hard.

Providing wireless coverage for homes and small offices up to 2,500 sq ft, the Z1900 is Spotwave's most cost-effective solution for the wireless subscriber at home, and supports all wireless voice and data services being delivered in the PCS (1900 MHz) band. Normally the 2 carriers that operate on this band are T-Mobile and Sprint.

There should be at least "2 steady signal bars" of signal where the Network Access Donor unit will be mounted. This product will improve a "2 bar" outdoor signal to 4 or 5 bars indoors. Indicator lights help you determine the best positioning and confirm signal strength. Mounting hardware and a 35 foot cable is in the box, including a desktop stand for the coverage unit.

It does not improve Nextel or Verizon Wireless coverage
